Yes. Tickets for children ages 6 to 14, are available.
Children under 6 years of age have free admission.
Yes, buying 21 tickets will give you a 10% discount. To buy a group ticket, just put min. 21 pieces of regular tickets and the discount will be calculated automatically
Yes. Tickets are also available at the ticket office container. The ticket office is located in front of the main entrance. We recommend buying cheaper tickets in advance. The on-site ticket office is open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Although the name of the person making the purchase is printed on the tickets for Christmas Garden Chorzow, we do not confirm identity so the ticket will be used by any person who is in possession of it.
It is also not possible to exchange tickets, reschedule or postpone an appointment, in case a ticket with a specific date has already been purchased. According to Article 38(2) of the Law on Consumer Rights, the return of tickets is impossible and the seller is under no obligation to refund.
Yes. We have discounted tickets for schoolchildren, students, seniors over the age of 65 and people with disabilities. The discount can only be granted upon presentation of the appropriate ID at the entrance.
Yes, we have provided discounted tickets for people with disabilities, regardless of age. A person accompanying a disabled person receives free admission to the Magic Garden of Lights Christmas Garden Chorzow (both people enter with one ticket).

No. Tickets to the Silesian Zoological Garden do not entitle you to enter the Christmas Garden Chorzow.
Tickets for Christmas Garden Chorzow authorize you to move only along the designated fenced tour route, the rest of the Silesian Zoological Garden, is not available for sightseeing.
Yes. Christmas Garden Chorzów is open in all weather - even in the rain. Keep this in mind before purchasing your ticket. Returning a ticket due to bad weather is out of the question, unless there is a serious threat to our guests.
No. The animal enclosures are not part of Christmas Garden Chorzów and remain closed in the evenings. They can be visited during the normal opening hours of the Silesian Zoological Garden.
Yes, you can bring a stroller with you.
No. For safety reasons, bicycles, sleds, cross-country bikes and other children's vehicles may not be brought into the Christmas Garden Chorzów area.
No. Dogs (including those on a leash) and other animals are not allowed in Christmas Garden Chorzów.

Yes, there are toilets for the disabled on site.
The tour route follows uneven terrain. Most of the path is wheelchair-accessible, but natural conditions at the site can still present challenges.
You are cordially invited to photograph our installations. Of course, you can bring a tripod with you. We would be delighted if you capture the unique atmosphere of Christmas Garden Chorzów and share your impressions with us on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, using the hashtag #ilovechristmasgardenchorzów. For safety reasons, drone recording is prohibited. At our event, photos and videos may be taken for private purposes only. Recording for commercial purposes is not allowed.
No. Wheelchairs are not available for rent.
No. All animal enclosures are closed during the evening hours. During the preparation of the exhibition, consultations will be held. On the basis of these, the zoo staff will take all necessary measures to ensure that the exhibition will not disturb the animals in any way. Residents of the Zoo, whose enclosures are located on the tour path, will not suffer any unpleasant effects from the ongoing event, nor from the presence of visitors, as the display windows of the breeding enclosures located closest to the light garden will be covered when the lighting is activated. The sound level of the exhibition has also been adjusted so as not to generate additional stress among the animals.
You can stay as long as you want on the grounds of the Magic Garden of Lights Christmas Garden Chorzow, during the opening hours of the exhibition, i.e. from 17:00 to 21:00.

Christmas Garden Chorzów is an outdoor event, and winter evenings can be very cold. Therefore, we recommend warm weather-resistant clothing and also sturdy footwear. We advise you to take an umbrella with you.
